Andrew C. Kramer, MD

Dr. Kramer is a board-certified urologist whose practice centers on men's health and prosthetic urology — penile implants, artificial urinary sphincters, and the full range of treatment for erectile dysfunction and low testosterone, including revision of implants placed elsewhere.

He earned his medical degree at the University of Maryland School of Medicine, completed his urology residency at Boston University Medical Center, and completed fellowship training in male sexual function and infertility at Boston University. He has practiced at UACC since 2021 and serves as Chief of Urology at Cape Cod Hospital.
