For Referring Physicians
Urgent urology shouldn't mean the emergency room.
We hold appointment blocks throughout every clinic day for emergent referrals — so the stone patient, the retention patient, the gross hematuria in your exam room gets seen by a urologist instead of waiting in an ER.
Emergent referrals · dedicated back line
Same-day blocks, held every day.
Call the back line and describe the situation. If your patient can be managed in the office today, we'll put them in a held slot. If they genuinely belong in the emergency room, we'll tell you that immediately — and we'll already know they're coming. Either way, your patient gets urologic judgment now, and the ER stays for true emergencies.
Emergent referral line
Referring practices use a dedicated back line — shared directly with clinical offices and kept off the public site so it stays instantly answerable.
Office doesn't have the number? Email admin.billing@uacc.cc from your practice and we'll send it over.

What your patients get
- Board-certified urologists across general urology, men's health, and women's pelvic health
- Fellowship-trained robotic and minimally invasive surgery, performed at Cape Cod Hospital
- On-site certified laboratory — urine, microscopic, and molecular testing, with in-house pathology coming soon — plus ultrasound and office procedures
- Two offices — Yarmouth Port and North Falmouth — with a single scheduling line
Covered after hours, too.
UACC is independent and physician-owned — and fully integrated with the Cape's hospital system. Our surgeons operate at Cape Cod Hospital and take urology call there. When your patient hits trouble at 2am on a Saturday, the urologist on call at Cape Cod Hospital is one of ours. In the best case and the worst case, we are your urologic coverage.
We serve primary care and specialty practices across Cape Cod — Falmouth and the Upper Cape, Sandwich, Barnstable, Hyannis, Yarmouth, Dennis, and out to the Lower and Outer Cape — plus patients traveling from Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket.
