Dr. Kowal is a board-certified urologist. He earned his medical degree at the Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth and completed his urology residency at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center.
He practices the full range of adult urology at UACC, caring for patients from across the Cape at both office locations.
